At CAPRI NYC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if you are not, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original packaging with all designer tags still attached.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original box and attach the pre-paid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the package.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to send your return back to our New York studio.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
